Shipping Policy


Shipping takes 2-3 business days. Processing for wholesale & custom orders takes approximately 7-14 business days with an additional 2-3 business days for shipping.

Refund/ Exchange Policy


No refunds or exchanges on exotic attire, blunt holders, and used items. Items must be in NEW condition, in its original packaging, with no stains or smells. You are responsible for the return shipping fees and will be reimbursed once item is received and inspected. If item(s) are not up to standards no refund will be sent. Any concerns must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receiving the package (based on delivery date). Any concerns after 48 hours, will be handled based on the situation (NO REFUND IS GUARANTEED).

Exchanges for shoes only. If a credit is due, it will be given as store credit (gift card).

Once the tracking number is sent, PRETTY BY PURRP LLC, is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. You will need to contact your local USPS office in regards to any discrepancies.
